Good hotel with free wi-fi, 24-hour reception, and a fitness centre. The staff first helped me find great shopping spots, which I still appreciate. I can't wait to return for Christmas!

Not a pleasant stay

The place was pretty run down and definitely not the best experience. Our room had a strong vinegar smell and the shower barely worked. There was a bug issue too! On the bright side, the breakfast area was decent, with lots of options. But it was hard to enjoy with all the noise outside.

I had a decent stay with clean beds and good breakfast rolls, but the bathroom could use an update for a better experience. The atmosphere felt outdated, which was a bummer.

Couple's Night Not So Cheap

The front desk guy, he was a real gem. Helped us check in late at midnight, like family even. The overall cleanliness of the room was commendable, and we enjoyed having a refrigerator there, which saved us some trips to get drinks.

This place afixed us with quite a bill, but it was still tolerable for the experience.

The location offers convenient access to nearby attractions, which is a plus for travelers looking to explore. The outdoor space and pool area seem inviting, perfect for unwinding after a long day.

However, the condition of the rooms leaves much to be desired. Room #146 had a strong mold odor, a giant water stain on the ceiling, and a malfunctioning AC that struggled to cool down. The carpets were visibly dirty, and Room #240 also felt damp with a musty smell. Shower water pressure was weak, and areas around the bathroom needed better attention, revealing a lack of regular cleaning. While it appeared to be an old hotel, the lingering unpleasantness in the rooms considerably detracted from the experience.

I had a wonderful stay at Quality Inn At Eglin Afb! The room was clean and comfortable, equipped with a fridge and microwave which made our family trips easier. The breakfast selection was impressive, and the staff was extremely friendly and attentive, ensuring we had everything we needed.

The pool area could use some better maintenance.

Just a decent option for a weekend trip in Niceville with outstanding value. The staff replaced a light bulb in my room within 5 minutes of my request. Try to arrive early to avoid any issues with check-in.
